Position Overview

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a commission-based position with first-year earnings averaging $100,000–$120,000 based on performance, with unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into life insurance policies through consultative phone and video sales
  • Manage an assigned pipeline of prospects who have recently requested life insurance information
  • Build and maintain client relationships for potential future policy needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing product training and development

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Current life insurance license or willingness to obtain immediately (we can provide guidance)
  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Comfortable with high-volume phone work
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation Structure

  • 100% commission-based compensation (1099 independent contractor)
  • Starting commission rate of 65% with increases based on production levels
  • Average rep earns ~$20K/month — top producers $40K–$50K+ monthly
  • Commission advances available after establishing production history
  • No cap on earnings

Performance Expectations

  • Handle high volume of qualified leads daily
  • Maintain professional consultative approach
  • Average close rates of 15–25% expected (top performers achieve 30–40%)
  • Commitment to 30–60 hours per week based on personal goals
