Position Overview
We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a commission-based position with first-year earnings averaging $100,000–$120,000 based on performance, with unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals.
Role Responsibilities
Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into life insurance policies through consultative phone and video sales
Manage an assigned pipeline of prospects who have recently requested life insurance information
Build and maintain client relationships for potential future policy needs
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Participate in ongoing product training and development

Requirements

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Starting commission rate of 65% with increases based on production levels
Average rep earns ~$20K/month — top producers $40K–$50K+ monthly
Commission advances available after establishing production history
No cap on earnings
